Prepare the Package
Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain in mint condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
